O adnotare este o notă sau un comentariu adăugat la un document PDF. Aveți posibilitatea să adăugați adnotări utilizând Vizualizatorul de documente.

When you open a file, you should have a side pane on the left side of the window. If you do not have a visible side pane, click the Side pane button in the top-left corner, or press the F9 key on the keyboard.

At the bottom of the side pane, the buttons Thumbnails, Outline, Annotations and Bookmarks let you choose what to display in the side pane. (Some options may not be available for some documents).

Pentru a crea o adnotare:

Select the Annotate the document button from the header bar:

You should now see Note text and Highlight text buttons below the header bar.

Click on the first button to add a text annotation.

Clic în locul din fereastra documentului în care doriți să adăugați adnotația. Fereastra de adnotare se va deschide.

Tastați textul în fereastra de adnotare.

Aveți posibilitatea să redimensionați notița apăsând clic și ținând butonul stâng al maus-ului pe unul din colțurile din partea inferioară a notiței, și deplasându-l în jur.

Închideți nota apăsând clic pe x în colțul de sus al notei.
